Predictions
Check out the brackets here!
Singles
The top half of the bracket looks to be anyone's game, as veteran Chip headlines a group of relative (actually ... completely) unknowns!
Meanwhile, look for the marquee opening round matchup of Nicholas and Benjamin to play a huge role in deciding who takes home some GOC hardware! Nicholas enjoyed a regular season victory over Benjamin, but Benjamin enjoys vast tournament experience and has finished Vice-Champion four times in his last four events! That being said, the four unknown players, as they're unknown, could make a big splash this tourney! That being said, whoever wins that match will potentially face fellow tournament tested 3.0er George, one of the top doubles players in the area who has enjoyed several big 3.0 singles wins this season!
Doubles
NCRC members Rex and Matthew look to be the favorites heading into this event as their undefeated record together simply cannot be ignored, but the unknown nature of Richard could prove to be a major 3.0 hiccup they'll have to overcome.
On the other side of the bracket, it's experience versus experience as two tournament tested tandems square off! The key to this match is simple -- will the long-time doubles tandem of David and T be able to take on the youthful exuberance of Sebastion and Leon?!
