2020 PWC 3.0 Bracket Reveal!

Writer's picture: TravisTravis

The 3.0 men's bracket has been revealed! Check out where your favorite* 3.0 stars have been drawn in the opening 3.0 event of the season!

Singles Bracket

This bracket is obviously perfect for printing so you can partake in the greatest of all traditions - January Madness! - and compete against your friends and - if you don't have any friends - your neighbors!

Singles Bracket Analysis

Once again the tourney organizers (or simply the random computer draw) have put together a fantastic bracket for the assembled crowd (singular or plural, we're not sure yet). In the top half of the bracket, the top TennisRecord.Com player, Abhi (3.07), faces off against the second highest rated player, Patrick (2.99). David, with his huge serve and strong net play, faces off against one of the top 3.0 players of 2019. In the bottom half of the bracket, tournament rookies Paul and John square off in their inaugural 3.0 tournaments, which is sure to be an historic match. Meanwhile, two tournament tested 3.0 veterans, Benjamin and Travis, who participated in the exact same four events last season but never faced one another, finally square off for the first time ever in what shall truly be a match to end all matches (mostly because, based on U.S.T.A. rules, the match will have to end at some point).

Holy 3.0 madness! What a way to start the 2020 season! Good luck to all and check back for daily tournament updates!

Doubles Bracket

Due to lack of entries, the doubles event, for the eighth straight year, was cancelled. Congratulations to Fon/Lin, the 2012 champions, for continuing to defend* their title!

Hoping to one day make plural the use of “crowd.” I’ll bring the beer! Keep up the good work with the blog!
