BIOGRAPHY

Player.  Captain.  Legend.  Barry, one of the most dominate doubles players in the entire northwestern Ohio 3.0 tennis area during the first decade of the new millenium, did it all.  As a player, he dominated the doubles courts, often with long-time tag-team partner Richard Toth, earning more than 60 career 3.0 wins in both league and playoff play!  As a 3.0 captain, Barry led his team to over 50 team wins and five team titles, including a Midwest Ohio State Championship Championships as his teams were among the best in the entire state, year after year ... after year!  And as a legend, Barry was not once and not twice and not thrice but a record eight - eight! - times recognized for his tennis prowess, becoming the first ever three-time winner of the prestigious* D.F.O. Doubles Team of the Year award and first ever repeat Doubles Player and The 3.0er of the Year award!  Simply put, Barry is a first among 3.0 firsts, entering the D.F.O. 3.0 Hall of 3.0 Fame's as a member of the inaugural inductee class!
