For, as a player at Towpath, one of the legendary clubs in O-H-I-O, Frank has become one of the most legendary - and versatile - all-court players around, earning over 100+ wins on the court whether that be in singles or in doubles, making him only the fifth 3.0er in 3.0 history to ever achieve triple-digits wins on the court! Leading one to ponder ... did Frank make Towpath legendary or did Towpath make Frank legendary? WHOA!
